Shipping and Returns

Terms and conditions

The following should be observed incase you intend to purchase this unit.

Our items will only be shipped in the forty eight continental United States and Canada. There will be no charge for the items shipped in these states. The mode of shipping will be by the freight truck and inspection must be done on sight before the goods are released.  In case of any damage on the crate containing the item you are advice to consult the customer care and thereafter you will receive instruction on what to do. You should report any damage on the packaging so that we can tell if it is ruinous, since if you sign for the item our company may not be in a position to get an insurance claim from the freight company. Incase the unit has been damaged we will make sure that we have replaced the damaged part as soon as possible. Due to freight problems and availability of the product there might be some delays in delivery of the item. For installation ensure that an authorized plumber and electrician do it to avoid nullifying the warranty from the manufacture. Once you purchase the shower unit you will be taking all the responsibilities and liabilities for it use and maintenance. It should also be noted that this unit is not for commercial use. When you purchase the product you also agree not to hold us reliable for any damage caused by the product.

Careful inspection will be vital once the product reach it destination. Check both inside an outside of the unit to check for any damage. Once you open and detect any damage report it to the driver as soon as you can. In case of any visible damage please indicate on the delivery bill of Landing and make sure the driver signs it and keep your own copy. Ensure that you consult us straight away for more guidelines. Fax the copy of the bill of landing to 714-622-1550. You should note that when you sign for the product without check up you are accepting that it has no damage and therefore it is not possible to claim for any damage from the freight company. It is our policy to replace any damaged part as soon as it is sent to us in time. You should report any damage within 72 hours after writing it in the bill of landing.

Reporting the damage on time is very important, incase you fail to do it will not be possible to replace the unit and you will be liable. You should not destroy the packaging since the inspector may need to inspect it to evaluate what to file on the claim. The boxes and the packets will provide evidence that there was damage done when the good was on voyage holding the freight company reliable.

Open the package very carefully and keep the crate or the box on its original structure, you can use a box cutter to avoid destroying it. This is because incase the package is damage you will incur extra cost since it may be exposed to damage when it is taken to our warehouse.

Incase you won’t be using the product at least make sure that you open it to inspect to avoid any inconveniences. This is because the shipping company policy is that any damage should be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

Note that all the factory defect have to be reported within 30 days upon delivery for full warranty, otherwise they will fall under the category of part warranty repair category.

You are also requested to accept the parts that are in good condition and refuse those that are damaged and not the entire unit. This will make replacement easier.

Delay in delivery may be caused by factors like weather conditions, freight problems and availability of product.

What the customer should note

Book a plumber only when the product arrives since the company will not be reliable for any inconveniences caused if there is delay in delivery or damaged item that need to be returned.

Before sighing the delivery note ensure that the unit is present and in good condition. Incase of any missing parts or damage report to the company within 72 hours.

The whirlpool bathtubs steam showers, and sauna units are taken to be huge items and therefore it is important to have assistant when offloading them since it will only be delivered by the driver.

When goods are delivered:

Check whether there is any damage or missing part and report it immediately; that is within 72 hours of delivery before signing the delivery note. Our courier company is not reliable of any damage cause as a result of taking the goods upstairs since the delivery will be made up to the ground floor. Make sure the driver will have assistant to offload heavy items and some one is available to receive the good since redelivery shall be made on payment of an extra cost.

Cancellation and return

 

Goods once sold by the company can only be returned within 20 days when they leave the companies warehouse otherwise they will not be accepted.

 

For good to qualify for return they must be in there original state. They should reach our premises within 30 days of when they were shipped to you. We will require a duration of 3- 5 days before refunding your funds.

To ensure security and safety for the shipping back of the returned item the original packaging should be done. Once the returned good is received we shall inspect it and refund your money less original shipping fee, less a restocking fee of 15%, and return shipping fee. This will be made by reimbursing your credit card. Make sure that traceable carriers deliver the good to ensure safety.

The mode of refund will depend on how you paid for the purchase. Ensure that the details you give in the payment method are collect to avoid inconveniences. Inquire from the inspector what they require incase you will be receiving them. However, we recommend Ameristeam units since they are in ETL (UL) listing and WMK. For steam showers and bathtubs they may not require any inspection and we allow return as long as you adhere to the following conditions. If the shower unit or bathtub was opened, or opened and assembled, a 25% restocking fee will be charged and if the purchase price will be less the mentioned changes earlier.

Back ordering

If the order you make is not available in our stock you will receive a note to inform you the change on the delivery date and if you can’t wait you are free to stop the order.

Guarantee

We offer a 60 months guarantee on our items and incase of any default within this time please inform us so that we can replace it. You are advised to have a qualified engineer fixing any spare part of the items since the company will not be held lili8able of any damage caused by poor installation.

Other

This terms and conditions continue to be valid and enforceable under any sale agreement between the customer and the company.
