The kind of place that you want to build is usually the main problem. Modular steam shower are often the hottest favorite since they are easy to install. They are different from the situation when want to build your own individual unit. The disadvantage of modular shower units is that they are built with many extras that are sometimes placed in the wrong positions. It is important that the water that enters into your system is safe for drinking. It should also ensure that your plumbing system is protected.  There are also decorative hardware such as glass and faucetry that need to be protected from the harmful effects of hard water.

No. it is rather conservative on water since it uses about and a half gallons of water on average. In terms of electricity, steam showers present you with a very effective way of relaxing at home.  When compared to steam baths, three fills in the tub are equal to steam baths that will last you for a whole year.

Q: how should I take a steam bath for the very first time?

There is one method that has proven to be successful in the case of sauna and which works fine for even steam baths. You also need to try out this procedure so that you may recommend it on some or all of your friends or clients: showers before you get into the steam bath for the first time. The amount of time that you spend in the shower depends on your own personal sensitivity. Generally, don’t spend more than 20 minutes in the steam bath. Then cool off with some fresh air and a little cool water. Don’t shock the system in the process and don’t shiver. Take a foot bath that is warm if your feet are cold. The maximum number of sessions that you should have in the steam bathroom is three.

In the case of facilities that are combined in the form of both steam bath and sauna, it is good to switch from one type to the other. It is only essential that you cool off after every session is over. Never start off on a fresh session if your body is very warm or worse still, very hot. Also, never change from one type of bath to the other unless your body has gone through the cooling process completely. Doing so will only overtax your circulation mechanism. Unless your body has become completely cool, even a mere swim in the pool could bring some harm to your physical wellbeing. When used properly, a steam bath helps you overcome the stress that characterizes everyday life. The reason is that it is very fun and leaves you beaming with new strength and relief.

Q: should I need a warranty, how does it work?

The system comes with a 5-year warranty on parts.

Q: what is the difference between Steam and Sauna?

Dry sauna, herbal sauna, wet sauna… what really is the difference? What, then, does a steam bath mean? The following description explains.

A dry sauna is the type of sauna bathing where the air in the bathing spacing is not humidified in any way. The level of humidity is very low – between 5 and 10 %. You can increase the bathing temperature to over 90°C.

A wet sauna is enjoyed with temperatures ranging between 75 and 85°C. A relative humidity that ranges between 15 and 30% should be maintained. Water is poured into an in-built humidifier that is on the sauna heater once you switch on the heater. Ensure that there is a balance between humidity and heat from the beginning of the sauna bath to the very end. In the course of the sauna, water is often sprinkled over the stones of the sauna so as to raise humidity levels from the beginning to the end of the bath.

A steam sauna is even gentler since bath temperatures have to remain at 45–65°C. Humidity level is rather high (40–65%). A special sauna heater with its own water reservoir is needed in order for you to have real experience of this type of bath.

An herbal sauna varies to a slight extent from steam sauna. In this case, some liquid fragrances are added in the water that is added on the stones such that the air is perfumed. The resulting scent is invigorating as a result of the aromatic herbs.

The steam bath is completely different. A steam generator that is located outside the room is used to generate steam. This cloud of steam results in a very soothing bath. Humidity is maintained at 100%. For most people temperatures should be maintained at 40–45°C for maximum comfort.
